Vision One orders are generally shipped within 24 to 72 hours after payment confirmation, subject to product availability.
Shipments are handled by our professional logistics partners and include a tracking number.
Depending on the nature of the products (structures, technical equipment, oversized items), specific delivery conditions may apply (scheduled delivery, pallet shipping, signature upon delivery).

📦 Receiving Your Goods – Mandatory Procedure
Upon delivery, it is essential to inspect the shipment in the presence of the carrier and verify the following:

If the delivery is compliant:

Date and sign the delivery note to confirm receipt.
❌ 2. Non-Conforming Delivery
In case of damage, missing items, or non-compliance, you must:

Clearly note detailed and precise reservations on the carrier’s delivery slip.

Explicitly mention both the condition of the packaging and the nature of the damage.

⚠️ Generic mentions such as “subject to unpacking” or “to be checked after opening” are not legally valid.

Within 48 hours of delivery, you must:

Send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the carrier describing the damage.

Provide Vision One with a copy of this letter.
The damaged goods must be returned to the original shipping address indicated on the package.
If in doubt, please contact us before returning any items.

Legally, you have 15 minutes in the presence of the carrier to open and inspect the goods.

If the carrier refuses to wait, this must be explicitly noted on the delivery slip and signed by the carrier.
